About Keerthana Haridas, M.D.
Dr Keerthana Haridas is an Endocrinologist whose practice areas include General Endocrinology and, more specifically, weight management. She uses a comprehensive whole health approach, including complementary integrative health techniques, in the treatment of metabolic disorders. She has been involved in clinical research in the areas of weight management, Diabetes Mellitus, and metabolic bone disease. She is also passionate about medical education.
Dr Keerthana Haridas obtained her medical degree from St John’s Medical College, Bangalore, India. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai Morningside-West program in New York, during which she was actively involved in both patient care and clinical research in Endocrinology. Following this, she proceeded to obtain a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the David Geffen School of Medicine, UCLA/ Greater Los Angeles VA program, where she developed a keen interest in the integrative management of endocrinologic disorders and weight management.
